What are we doing and how you can help?
Here at Complete Healthcare Connect, safety of our community is our number one priority. We are committed to continuing seeing our clients while keeping both the staff and our clients safe. Both our clinical and administrative staff are trained and equipped to strictly adhere to Queensland Health/Public Health COVID19 directives. As a screening protocol, our admin team will contact you prior to your appointment and will be asking the following screening questions:
- Do you or anyone at home have a cold or flu like symptoms?
- Have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or awaiting results for
- Have you travelled or have been to a location declared as a COVID-19 hotspot?
If you have answered YES to any of these questions, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please note Telehealth is ALWAYS available.
1. Clinic Appointments
All clinic appointments will proceed as per normal if you have answered NO to the above screening questions. We have created a safe space to keep you and your family safe while here for your appointment.
2. Telehealth Appointments
During the COVID-19 we encourage clients to book in for Telehealth Appointment. If this is an option, please let reception know and we will send you details.
If you have an appointment booked in the practice and at any given time you develop any cold and flu symptoms, please advise reception prior to the appointment.
