Ronel is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of practice across paediatric, mental health, and community rehabilitation settings. She has extensive expertise in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions that promote independence and participation in daily life. Throughout her career, Ronel has held senior leadership and supervisory roles, mentoring clinicians and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
