    We have an onsite gym fully equipped and available for our clients to use.
    If you are just starting out your journey and need some basic initial pointers, or if you are already well-developed and are looking for that push to bring yourself up to the next level, we know what it takes to get you there. At Complete Health Connect, you will be in competent hands through your entire journey to perfecting your body.

Our individualised assessment and tailored treatment plan can help to identify areas of weakness or dysfunction. Once these areas have been identified, we can work with you to determine which treatment would best suit you and your personal goals.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists (OT) work with people of all ages who have limitations due to acquired or congenital medical conditions. We provide both in clinic or home/mobile services to our clients - WE COME TO YOUR HOME.

They help you get back to daily activities by using purposeful therapeutic activities, interventions, or Assistive Technologies (AT) /equipment (under NDIS Funding) that you take care of yourself, carry out activities /tasks and stay active. Occupational Therapists also work closely with families and carers to support in deeper and understand the importance of taking part in their clients’ daily activities, as well as helping you participate in social interactions and relationships.

Our team of OTs work can look at all aspects of daily life in your home, school, workplace and leisure activities. We provide therapeutic interventions for conditions such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), CVA/Stroke, physical and psychosocial conditions. They look at activities you find difficult and see if there is another way you can manage them. We offer a range of assessments, which help diagnose or work out the best way to support you.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Therapists value providing support to adults and children, their families, with an aim of building upon existing communication strengths.

We focus on turning everyday situations into opportunities, which develop and enrich client’s speech and language. Our input can come in a variety of forms depending on what is suitable of our clients and their and families and could include:

  • Formal and informal assessment of speech and language abilities
  • Providing recommendations and strategies for the adults in a child’s environment to support their speech and language development
  • Individualised therapy program with a Speech Therapist in combination with follow up of strategies at home or in their education setting e.g., early childhood centre, school
  • Providing training and workshops for groups of parents and/or educators on speech and language development and creating communication friendly environments
  • Supporting preparation and transition to school based on the child’s strengths and making a smooth transition to school for children and parents
  • Specific interventions for post-stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury, via speech therapy

Podiatry

At Complete Healthcare Connect, our Podiatry team help to treat, manage and alleviate lower leg and foot discomfort, dysfunction and injury utilising the latest techniques and technology for patients of all ages.
